Bungalow renovation

This project involved the complete transformation of an existing bungalow into a contemporary four-bedroom family home. Jake Jones Joinery managed the full renovation, reworking the layout to maximise space, light, and functionality throughout.

A single dormer flat roof extension was added to create generous upper-floor accommodation, seamlessly integrated into the original structure. Internally, the home was fully reconfigured to suit modern living, while high-quality joinery and finishes were carried through every room.

Externally, the property was finished with a clean, modern aesthetic and complemented by professionally landscaped surroundings, creating a cohesive and polished final result.

The completed project delivers a stylish, practical home that bears little resemblance to the original bungalow — a true full renovation from start to finish.
