This recently completed one-bedroom annex is a full new-build project delivered by Jake Jones Joinery and Construction Ltd from the ground up. Designed to provide a practical, comfortable living space, the build showcases our attention to detail and high standards of workmanship throughout every stage of construction.

The project involved full project management, structural works, joinery, and coordination of all trades, including plumbing, electrics, and plastering. Working closely with the client and design team, we ensured the annex was completed efficiently, on schedule, and to a high-quality finish.
